Breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive. Shilpa was very smart, anticipated your dietary needs and very quick in service. Other staff were good too. The staff at the Italian restaurant on premises were good too. Food was good there too. The rooms including A/C, electrical were all good.

After booking I found some negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However, it is an excellent hotel in a good location. The room was large and comfortable with a bath and walk in shower. When I had a problem with the tv, maintenance arrived immediately and sorted it out. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. I dined in both restaurants and the quality of food and service was very good, and good value. Fabulous selection at the complimentary breakfast. The pool area was spotless and tidy and a large pool. The hotel arranged a car and driver for me for a trip and all went smoothly. Both check in and check out was fuss free and rapid. All the staff, from reception, maintenance, restaurant servers and room cleaners were polite cheerful and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a array of various foods. Being from the US it was an adjustment, but with the help of the staff I was able to try some of the traditional dishes. I like the fact your menu catered to Westeners.

Excellent location close to the metro stop and to the shopping centres. The rooms are comfortable, big and have all the necessary facilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had some problems with the lights but it was fixed within 10 mins. Good restaurant, rich breakfast options.
